Return & Exchange Policy

Return and claims related with purchased products must be done in a period no longer than 15 days after you have received the product. You must consider that no money refund will be made. In this case you must purchase a product of the same value you have paid for or one of a higher value and pay the difference.

To make effective the return of a product, it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must be in the original packaging and it must have the invoice or the packing list.

Wholesale orders are accepted for return or exchange if the products are unopened, in the original package and in perfect conditions. In case that the external box is damaged there is a charge of $1 dollar for each box.

For purposes of this policy, it is accepted as a return or exchange procedure if any of the following causes are present:

Quality: If the product does not comply with the characteristics attributed according to the information provided about it.

Alterations: If the product has traces of external manipulation such as:

  1. Complete or partial substitution of the product.
  2. Transformations in its physicochemical characteristics.
  3. If the content does not correspond to the one described on the label.

Flaws: If at the time of delivery of the product, one of these four conditions occur:

  1. At the moment of delivery, it is determined that the product does not correspond with the characteristics shown on the website.
  2. The product has exceeded its expiration date.
  3. The product does not correspond to the one requested.
  4. If the product is broken or cracked inside.


Shipping time may vary depending the city where you are located or where you want to receive your new product. If you want to make use of our Return Policy, we can offer you two easy options:

1. You can send us an Email to specifying the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Quantity
  • Contact Number
  • Contact Email
  • Photo of the damaged product (if applicable)
  • Reason to make the return

Once this is done, our agents will contact you, via email or phone, to continue the process and ensure the return and replacement of the product.

In this package you must include the packing list or the invoice.

In this type of return you must consider that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, so it is recommended to use a traceable shipping service or purchase an insurance since Natural Skin Solutions does not guarantee or takes responsibility for the reception of your returned item.

If the claim is made because of damage or breakage of your product, Natural Skin Solutions will provide you via Email with a return shipping label.

Disclaimer: The new product will be sent to the desired location once the defective product arrives to our fulfillment center.


You can cancel your order at any time before we ship the product. If you want to do it, you must follow these three easy steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Select the option “My Orders” in the menu.
  3. Click the link that says “Cancel” for the product you would no longer like to receive.

You must consider that if you have already received our product and you still want to do the cancellation of your order, our Replenishment Service will be effective when you return the product to our fulfillment center in the same conditions as you received it to the following address:

Once you make the payment of the shipping costs and the product arrives to our offices, our agents will proceed with the refund process.

Disclaimer: You must consider that shipping costs must be paid by you if you decide to make the cancellation after receiving the product. 


To be considered a wholesale customer, you must have a legal ID number (SS, Tax ID). If you are located in FL, to avoid any sales tax in your wholesale order, we need your resale certificate. To be able to buy in the wholesale zone, you have to fill out our pre-approval form and submit the necesary information before placing any order. All orders must not be less than 6 units by reference and not less than U$400 in each order. We process wholesale orders the next day they were received and you can choose the shipping company (USPS or FedEx).
